I understand Diving Byron Bay does not support or take any form of Technical Diving equipment that varies from the standard recreational SCUBA equipment.
I confirm that all participants do not have any condition contraindicative to diving or snorkelling, or any condition mentioned in terms and conditions.
I understand that if I am booking as a single diver that I may be buddied with someone who has a different skill, experience and air consumption level.
I understand the communication briefing is in English: All participants understand English, can follow verbal briefings and respond to audible signals in the water (or have a private guide).

I understand that within 24 hours of my booking I am unable to cancel or change my booking for any reason including sickness of any kind. No refund given if cancelled within 24 hours.
